You can make changes to your rental order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Changes made within 72 hours may be subjected to a fee. You can only add to your order but NOT remove. Any and all changes are subjected to approval and availability. Custom/Special Orders CANNOT be changed or cancelled (i.e. items ordered or tailored specific to your event). This time frame does not apply to Weddings, 15s, 16s and other large special events, the subjected time frame of changes is 7 business days MINIMUM before the date of event.
At Majestic, we have a standard we have set with the quality of our items. We do NOT allow any pickup orders. NO Exceptions.
Please have a plan B in place if the weather is not up to your standards. We are there rain or shine. However, ONLY in the event of a Tropical storm or Hurricane watch, you will be able reschedule your events date based on availability.
